The monthly subscription is a continuous (auto-renew) monthly plan. When you subscribe, you will be charged for that month's box and re-billed on the same date of each month until you pause or cancel the plan. We cannot offer a refund once a payment has gone through for that month.
The 3 months or 6 months subscription are paid for upfront.
For the bubble tea kits, you have the option to choose two flavours for the drinks. The toppings come as a set standard and cannot be mixed and matched or swapped.
For the subscription boxes, these are hand picked each month, to be different from the last. It will contain both milky and fruity ingredients; and has been designed to help expose you to as much variety as possible. These come as a set standard and cannot be changed.
All our bubble tea kits and subscription boxes include plastic straws. If you have your own straw(s) and do not require the plastic straws, please select "Not Required". This will help cut down our plastic footprint and help the environment.
Multiple kit purchases will be combined where possible, to reduce on packaging. If you are buying them as separate gifts then please drop us a message to let us know you wish for them to be packed separately.
We try our best to keep packaging to a minimum without hindering your unboxing experience too much or jeopardising the products during transit.
Where possible, we opt for recycled, recyclable and biodegradable materials.
Our orders are delivered via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class.
Bubble tea kits are generally dispatched within 24 hours (unless it falls over the weekend) and will then take two to three working days for delivery, from your order date.
